Holding handle firmly, turn bowl clockwise (to the left) until it locks into place. NOTE: The food processor will not operate unless the bowl is properly locked. How do I unlock the food processor bowl? Ensure food processor is turned off. Holding handle firmly, turn bowl counterclockwise (to the right) until it unlocks. Lift bowl off of base.
