Then run a second low speed 30 second cycle with clean water in the cup. Dry the cup and the mixing arm and you're all done. If any ingredients splash out of the cup while you're blending, it's easy to wipe down the chrome-plated motor cover and body with a mild soap and water solution, but don't submerge the unit.
