This Aroma grill can be used as a grill, indoor barbecue, roaster, pizza maker, teppanyaki, steamer, stir-fryer, or even a buffet server. The 11-inch grilling surface is made from heavy-duty die-cast aluminum, with a ridged nonstick cooking surface to drain oils and fats away from foods. The ridged surface works together with an oil reservoir to cook vegetables and meats with minimal oil, keeping your meals low-fat and healthy. The temperature is controllable via a continuous-setting heat dial for precision heating. The cooking plate is dishwasher-safe once it's been removed from the electric base (which should only be wiped clean with a sponge), and the grill includes a tempered glass lid to lock in moisture as you cook. The base will stay cool while cooking, which makes this grill ideal for tabletop food preparation and buffet serving.
