Variable 5-Speed Selector:
Low Speed-Level(1.2) Selection is suitable for beginning and ending in mixing process,beating and mixing light or fluid batters,for whipping egg white or flour mixes.
Medium Speed-Level(3,4) selection is for consistent mixing process.
High speed-Level(5)selection is for whipping cake mixes,sauces and etc. Also for kneading consistent mixing process. (For high speed 5 it is recommended not to use more than 1 minute to avoid motor overheating)

Instructions:
1. Make sure the switch to the "OFF" position before using, and then insert the stirring rod into the baton hole.
2. Insert the power plug into a standard electrical outlet.
3. The continuous working time should not exceed 5 minutes.
4. After finishing stirring, transferred the button to the "OFF" position, then press and hold the EJECT button to remove the stir bar.

Note: When you start using the speed switch(1-5 speed) must be from the low to the high. The host machine can not be immersed in water or other cleaning solution.
