Mixing Guide:
Speed 1,2 Fold: This is good starting speed for bulk dry food such as flour, butter and potatoes.
Speed 3 Blend: Best speed to start liquid ingredients for mixing salad dressings.
Speed 4 Mix: For mixing cakes,cookies and quik bread.
Speed 5 Cream: For creaming butter and sugar, beating uncooked candy,desserts,etc.
Speed 6,7 Whip: For beating eggs cooked icings,whipping potatoes,whipping cream,etc.

Instructions:
1. To use, select the appropriate beat eggs stick or rod; and put it into the beater, please insert the meson to holes.
2. Make sure the Speed button is on "EJECT" position, then plug in the power.
3.The continuous working time must not exceed 5 minutes, please rest at least 10 minutes between two consecutive cycles.
4.After use, the governor knob set to "EJECT" position, then unplug it.
5. Don't touch the beaters with the hand, spatula, spoon, or the like during operation
6. Please don't use the beaters to mix hard ingredients such as frozen butter or dough

Note:
When you start using the speed switch(1-7 speed) must be from the low to the high. The host machine can not be immersed in water or other cleaning solution.
