To insert stainless steel wire handle, squeeze the open ends of the handle together, place in the roaster's liquid reservoir, align the wire tips with the roaster's holes, and guide them through. HOW TO USE: If desired, fill the reservoir with your choice of liquid. Take your prepared whole chicken and place on the roaster, inserting the wire handle though the chicken's body cavity. Arrange the chicken's legs so they rest on the base of the roaster. Roast according to your recipe. CARE: Do not use abrasive scrubbers.
