The deep fryer comes equipped with a 1700-watt immersion heating element, which means crispy and delicious results every time, as well as fast oil recovery for quickly making a second batch. The unit's generously sized frying basket provides a large, cool-touch handle for safely lowering the basket of food down into the hot oil or raising it up for draining once the food has thoroughly cooked. Use the viewing window in the fryer's lid to safely keep an eye on the cooking process.

User-Friendly Controls

A large control panel on the front of the deep fryer makes frying food a simple pleasure, even for the most novice home cook. Simply turn the knob to adjust the thermostat from off to 265 degrees F at its lowest temperature to 375 degrees F at its hottest setting.

The second dial rotates to set the timer up to 30 minutes. The timer also provides an audible signal bell to indicate when the cooking time has ended, at which point the fryer turns itself off automatically (a useful feature for a busy party host). A red "power" indicator light and a green "ready" indicator light offer extra at-a-glance convenience, while a simple push of the button releases the unit's locking lid.
