Lettuce, Grape and Ginger Juice What you'll need 1 inch piece fresh root ginger, chopped 7oz seedless green grapes, plus extra to decorate (optional) 7oz lettuce Ice cubes (optional) Directions Peel and roughly chop the ginger. Juice the grapes and lettuce with the ginger, alternating the ingredients so that the lettuce leaves do not clog the machine. Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately. Alternatively, for a creamier drink, transfer the juice to a food processor or blender, add a couple of ice cubes and process briefly.
