Designed For The Smoothie Shop, And Your High End Kitchen The BL1800 by New Age Living was designed with input from our high volume smoothie shop customers. After using 4 generations of our popular BL1500 commercial smoothie blenders, we decided to start from the ground up to create a blender that is even more robust, more powerful, and even easier to use. The BL1800 is fully ETL certified, meaning it can be safely ran for extended periods of time without any reduction of performance or risk of overheating. It features innovative cooling vents built right into the jar and base that help cool the motor as the blender runs. The latest generation pure copper wound motor has also been upgraded and now features larger bearings and drive shaft to handle the hardest and most fibrous fruits and vegetables. The 85 Oz Tritan jar is still BPA free, however it now features a redesigned metal drive socket that will never strip, along with a brand new stainless steel blade set that features six blades, with the bottom two being serrated (for unmatched blending and crushing ability). The bottom of the jar has also been squared off, making lining up the jar a breeze. With countless of New Age Living blenders being put to work in smoothie shops and restaurants across the USA and Canada, the included 5 year warranty is a direct reflection of our confidence in the quality of these blenders.
