Cannot Open the Machine Smoothly

1.To open the machine smoothly,you need to follow the tips below:

2.Press the "Cancel Vac" button firstly after sealing to release the air

3.Press the 2 corners one after another instead of at the same time

Cannot Fully Exhaust the Air in the Bag

1.To fully exhaust the air in the bag,you need to follow the tips below:

2.Press the 2 corners one after another instead of at the same time to make sure the machine is closed on both sides

3.Make sure you put the opening end of the bag is entirely placed in the vacuum groove

4.Check if the sealing sponge bar is loosened

5.check if there is anything on the heat sealing bar or on the sealing sponge

6.check if the heat sealing bar is properly installed

7.check if the top lid of the machine is fully locked

8.check if the bag has air leakage by filling the bag with air,sinking it in the water,and pressing on it.If there are bubbles,indicating air leakage

Cannot Seal the Bag Properly

1.Check if the hot sealing strip is clean and smooth

2.Check if the rubber strip is placed properly and if the rubber strip is clean and smooth

The overheating sealing bar will lead to melting the sealed end of the bag.Please open the top lid and wait for a few minutes for the sealing bar to cool down
