Finally an affordable kettle for manual pourover brewing! With the same beautiful design and quality construction as the Bonavita non-electric Gooseneck Pour Over Kettle, this electric version pairs nicely with one cup pourover brewers, larger Chemex brewers, and every other manual brewer we have thrown at it. Super easy to use, simply fill with water, set the kettle on the base, then depress the lever. Once the pot reaches boiling it automatically shuts off. Heats water to boiling very quickly, around 4-5 minutes. We have found that the lid design allows for a frothing thermometer to easily be attached so you know exactly what temperature you are brewing at.
