Brief Description: Our Knife Sharpener is a '2 Stage' sharpener. There are two 'V' shaped grooves inside the knife sharpening slots, one marked Coarse and the other marked Fine. The Coarse side is the Carbide side that actually sharpens the knife. The Fine side has a Ceramic edge that finishes and smoothes the edge.
